Chicken wings are widely popular in Japan, and especially in Nagoya, they are called Tebasaki. We tried Furaibo which is said to have been the first shop to sell Tebasaki in Nagoya.Their signature tebasaki (Japanese chicken wings) were fantastic so crunchy and flavorful. They have a special method of eating chicken wings without leaving any meat on the bone. You will find the explanation with picture at your table although all in Japanese. The ipad system made ordering convenient but a bit confusing since its all in Japanese and we had no idea what was on the menu. We only order the menu with display image so this is what we order hahaha.

Miso Katsu, that's Nagoya's specialty miso-katsu (pork cutlet served with thick miso sauce). My husband love this tonkatsu fried pork cutlet on which to pour the rich sweet and savory sauce as to not to waste a sacred drop. From what I heard this restaurant only uses the best kind of pork from southern Kyushu, original bread crumbs to create a crispy deep-fried crust, and of course, a special Aka Miso sauce made from Miso that has been fermented for 1 and a half years.
First stop after dinner is shopping mall since most shopping areas in Nagoya are concentrated around Nagoya Station and in the Sakae central business district. You find Uniqlo, Takashimaya department store, Disney store (which I knew last minutes otherwise I will visit it sooner), Esca, Big Camera and many more. You will also find many supermarket and convenience store to purchase many Japanese snacks such as Jagabee crunchy potato snacks with various flavors and super addictive, Cheeza crackers for cheese lover and seafood flavor. Japanese snacks are SOOO GOOD!
