Nara City Sightseeing
Nara is an ancient city in Nara Prefecture. We took one day trip using train from Osaka to Nara. A beautiful ancient city with many attraction places. First we went to Nara Park, central city park with wild deer. The deer is so friendly, you could ask them to bow, take a picture, and feed them.
After playing with the deer, next destination is Kofukuji Temple, Buddhist temple that was once one of the powerful Seven Great Temples, in the city of Nara. The buildings of great historic, consist of the Eastern Golden Hall and Five Story Pagoda, Northern Octagonal Hall.
Last destination is Todaiji Temple, one of Japan's most famous and historically significant temples and a landmark of Nara.

Japan's largest bronze Buddha statue (Daibutsu)
A popular attraction of Todaiji is a pillar inside the temple which has a hole in its base the same size as the Daibutsu's nostril. It is said that those who can squeeze through this opening will be granted enlightenment in their next reincarnation. Everyone are queue trying to crawled from the hole, and of course I have to tried it too.
